8 Km from the centre of Arusha on the way to the airport, Kigongoni Lodge is situated on a hilltop facing Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro.
The bungalows are set in the gardens around the hill; they are very private and great for first night honeymooners. The rooms are spacious and well designed and decorated. Each room has its own little balcony with beautiful views over the valley below.
Reasonably good food and friendly management makes this a pleasant place to stay. The Hotel has a small swimming pool in the gardens. Part of the profits from this lodge goes to homeless children.
