The view from the Crater's edge is one of the most lasting memories of any wildlife holiday. Perched on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, this Lodge has unsurpassed views over the bowl.
Panoramic windows give on to a terrace serving as an observation deck for the crater below.
Although the lounge features a fireplace, as with all the wildlife lodges the open architecture and seventies style do not make for a cosy atmosphere which in the chilly evenings on the crater’s edge would be welcome.
Its 75 rooms are centrally heated the but as far as we know all the rooms look out over the crater and those that we have seen all have a most spectacular.
The food is acceptable the service variable but the location breathtaking.
